Sarbanes-Oxley Act was passed in 2002 by former president George Bush. Essentially to combat the Enron crisis. The Sox Act essentially has regulatory control and creates an enviroment that is looking out for the population. Ideally this kind of regulatory environment protects people from scams within corporations. Understanding, that even though having this kind of regulatory control at times the Sox requirements need to be modified or changed. Not only now but in the future as well. The main aspects of the Sox take action are essentially looking out for each of our welfare as being a consumer. Our government gets the obligation to manage and facilitate any guidelines to enforce with a company to protect the American people.
The Sarbanes-Oxley Take action of 2002 came into its own in the summer of 2002. The act acquired its name by Senator Paul Sarbanes and Representative Jordan Oxley.
